Join our Virtual Glutes Academy-At the Gym (Part 2)

Winter 2021/2022

To build on our classic online Virtual Abs Academy, we now introduce you to the Virtual Glutes Academy (Part 1) and Virtual Glutes Academy-At the Gym (Part 2)

Part 1:

This 6-Week Course will include weekly glute-focused workouts to help build a stronger backside, to firm up the butt, to reduce hip pain, and to help you learn how to do lifts like squats and deadlifts, safely.

Workouts: will be 15-Min or less, and include a warm-up, a mobility workout, and a glute workout several days a week.

What You Will Get: Video demonstrations of each workout, coaching, and live Q&A, nutrition guidelines, accountability and a Facebook Community, and a chance to win a prize drawing as part of our 30-Day Challenge

Equipment needed: Foam roller, Loop band

Part 2:

This 6-Week Course will be a sequel to Part 1. (Part 1 is required to complete Part 2) This workout 6-week series is focused on using weights and band resistance to build stronger glutes, change the appearance of how the glutes look, and to prevent injuries in leg day workouts. Workouts will still be 3-days a week, 15-20 minutes or less a day. 

You will get workout demonstrations each day, coaching, daily accountability during our 6-week challenges, and a chance for prize drawings.

  • Resistance Bands
  • Dumbbells

About the Presenter's

Dr. Jared Shoemaker, is a Doctor of Chiropractic care at InMotion Spine Muscle and Joint in Maize, KS. He and his wife, Dr. Meryl Miller, co-own the business where they both practice. He specializes in assessing and correcting movement patterns for all athletes, to improve joint stability, range of motion, relieve pain, and increase performance and power.
Dr. Meryl Miller, is a Doctor of Chiropractic care at InMotion Spine Muscle Joint in Maize, KS. She specializes in McKenzie Method (MDT) and treatment of pregnant and post-partum women, with emphasis on pelvic floor.
